These terms describe the use of the Innozant website, learning app and training services provided by Innozant Infotech Private Limited. Read them together with the details of your selected course, the Privacy Policy, the Shipping & Exchange Policy and the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
1. Course information and enrolment
Review the course syllabus, delivery mode, batch schedule, included resources, fees and stated access duration before enrolling. Your access is governed by the course and enrolment terms offered for your purchase. These general terms do not shorten existing course access or change an agreed batch arrangement.
A public preview or enquiry does not itself grant access to a paid course. Account sign-in and a valid enrolment may be required for protected lessons and resources. If a purchased or manually assigned course is missing, contact support with the account email and relevant order or enrolment reference.
2. Accounts and responsible use
Provide accurate account and contact information and keep your login details secure. Use course materials for your own authorized learning. Do not redistribute protected videos, share access credentials, resell resources or attempt to bypass access controls. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
3. Fees, payments and delivery
Fees and applicable charges are those shown for the selected course and confirmed during purchase. Supported website and direct-app payments use the available payment gateway. The Google Play student app is for accessing existing enrolments and does not offer in-app course purchases.
Delivery and access arrangements are described in the Shipping & Exchange Policy. If payment appears successful but access is unavailable, contact support before paying again. A payment error or access enquiry does not authorize a duplicate charge.
4. Refunds and course exchanges
Fees are generally non-refundable. Limited exchanges, course transfers and related adjustments remain available under the stated exceptions in our Shipping & Exchange Policy. Those exceptions take precedence over any general no-transfer wording. The Cancellation and Refund Policy explains how to contact us. These terms do not exclude rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
5. Videos, downloads and learning resources
Streaming requires a suitable internet connection and supported software. Where the course and app offer offline downloads, downloaded lessons remain part of your authorized course access; downloading does not transfer ownership or permission to redistribute the material. Some documents require a compatible external application. File editing and compatibility in those applications depend on the application and document format.
Course content, assessments, certificates and placement assistance are subject to the conditions stated for the relevant programme. Participation does not by itself guarantee employment or a particular professional outcome.
6. Support, privacy and account requests
Contact info@innozant.com for technical issues, enrolment questions, complaints or account requests. Include the relevant course and account or order reference, but never a password or full card details. Personal information and deletion requests are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Account deletion is not an automatic refund and does not erase required transaction records.
7. Applicable law and updates
These terms are governed by applicable Indian law. Disputes are subject to the competent courts in Noida, without excluding any statutory consumer forum or other right available under applicable law. Updates will be dated on this page; they do not retrospectively remove rights already granted under an existing purchase.
