Innozant Infotech Private Limited provides the following arrangements for digital delivery and eligible course exchanges.

Digital delivery

• Course access details are delivered by email within 24 to 48 business hours following successful registration and payment.
• Invitations and joining information for live sessions are sent at least 12 hours before the scheduled start.
• Recorded materials and downloadable content are provided through the learning platform after session completion, as included in the course.

Course exchange and transfer conditions

• Submit a written exchange request within seven days of course commencement.
• Only one exchange is permitted. An eligible exchange may be to a course of equal or lower value; for a higher-priced course, the fee difference must be paid before transfer.
• Send requests to info@innozant.com, identifying your course, registered account and order reference.

Exclusions

• Courses completed by more than 50% or for which certification has already been issued.
• Customized corporate training programmes.

Refunds related to exchanges

Digital course fees are generally non-refundable. For an eligible exchange, a credit note or course transfer may be issued under these conditions. This exception takes precedence over general no-transfer wording in our other policies and does not create an automatic cash-refund entitlement. Rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude remain unaffected. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
