Shipping & Exchange Policy

1. Introduction

At Innozant Infortech Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to providing a seamless experience for our students and clients. This Shipping & Exchange Policy outlines the terms related to the delivery of our services and the options available in case of course or service exchanges.

2. Shipping Policy
2.1 Digital Delivery of Courses

All our IT training programs and services are delivered digitally through our online learning management system (LMS) or virtual classroom platforms.

  • Course Access: Upon successful registration and payment, course access credentials are delivered via email within 24 to 48 business hours.
  • Live Training Sessions: Invitations and joining details for live sessions are sent at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start.
  • Recorded Materials: Access to recorded materials and downloadable content will be provided directly within the LMS after session completion.

3. Exchange & Course Transfer Policy
We understand that circumstances may change. If you’re unable to continue with a chosen course, we offer flexible exchange options.
3.1 Course Exchange/Transfer Conditions:

  • Requests for course exchanges must be submitted within 7 days of course commencement.
  • Exchanges are allowed only once and must be for a course of equal or lesser value.
  • If the chosen course has a higher fee, the difference must be paid before the transfer.
  • All exchange requests must be made in writing to info@innozant.com.

3.2 Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Courses completed more than 50% or already certified.
  • Customized corporate training programs.

4. Refunds Related to Exchanges
We do not offer refunds for digital course purchases. However, in case of a valid exchange request, a credit note or transfer may be issued as per policy guidelines.
